Brain Cancer

Cancer of the brain occurs when brain cells multiply uncontrollably, leading to a tumour. Cancerous tumours in the brain typically don't spread to distant areas of the body, but they can invade other areas of the brain and the spinal cord.

Symptoms of a brain tumor depend mainly on the size of the tumor and its location in the brain. Some symptoms include:
A headache that comes and goes
Seizures
Changes in their behavior or personality, including problems with memory, speech, and concentration
Body movement and sensation can also suffer

Other people will have none of these symptoms or have different symptoms altogether, depending on their body and their particular form of the disease.

If you have any concerns about brain cancer, talk to your pharmacist or doctor for more information.
