Dehydration

Our bodies are made up of about two thirds fluid. If we lose too much fluid, we become dehydrated. Dehydration can occur due to vomiting, diarrhoea, sweating due to exercise and by simply not drinking enough water. Some medication can increase urine output, thus leading to dehydration as well.

The symptoms of dehydration include:
Muscle cramps
Dizziness

Dehydration may also be a symptom of a more serious disease such as kidney failure. If you are feeling dehydrated, talk to your pharmacist or doctor for more detail.
